About Me

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Physics at the University of Turin (Italy), a Master’s degree in Biostatistics and Experimental Statistics at the University of Milano Bicocca (Italy), and now getting an Executive PhD in Converging Technologies for Biomolecular Systems at the University of Milano Bicocca (Italy). Currently, I am a Senior Biostatistician at the Unit of Cancer Biomarkers, IRCCS Casa Sollievo della Sofferenza Foundation. My research interests are focused on the application of complex analytical methods to cancer precision medicine, with the main goal of identifying new biomarkers for risk-assessment, diagnostic, prognostic and predictive purposes. Outsides working as a scientific researcher, I also enjoy nature traveling with my family, reading cozy mystery books in front of the fireplace, and listening to rock music at high volume, hence I would like to describe myself as committed-to-work, devoted-to-family, detail-oriented, and ultimately peppy!
